WOW Electric Rides
With so many options, it was hard for us to choose an e-bike. The salesman walked us through various models, explained their features in detail and helped us select a bike that met our needs. The bike was not available in store so they scheduled a delivery for us through their warehouse. The delivery was scheduled on a holiday when the weather was bad and the delivery company was unable to deliver. The owner then personally picked up and delivered the bike to uphold the delivery commitment! Customer service par excellence!

The Pedaler Cycling Tours & Rentals
From start to finish, our experience renting e-bikes with The Pedaler was amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and explained in detail how to operate the e-bikes. They answered all of our questions and even highlighted some amazing places to go to while we were riding around. The e-bikes were easy to use and also came with a lock so we were able to stop at places and lock up the bikes if we wanted to explore. It was such an amazing way to view parts of Victoria that we had never seen before. I would recommend this wonderful company to anyone thinking of renting e-bikes while on the Island. Thank you so much for making our experience wonderful. We will be back again to see you the next time we visit!! You have incredible staff as well as an incredible selection of bikes to choose from. Thank you again so much!!!
